만나다([man-na-da/meet]) is the basic verb for meeting a person. In polite speech, say 만나요([man-na-yo]). Example: 친구를 만나요 (I meet my friend).
Use the object particle 을/를 or the "with" particle 와/과 (랑 in casual speech). Say 사장님을 만나요 (I meet the boss) or 친구랑 만나요 (I meet with a friend). Do not use 에게 as in English "to".
